Cimone Nunley '18 Helps Win $137 Million for Ex-Tesla Worker Who Alleged Racist Treatment
Cimone Nunley ’18 was part of a team of attorneys who helped win a $137 million jury award in a lawsuit filed against carmaker Tesla by former elevator operator Owen Diaz. Tesla ignored the racist treatment he faced while working for the company in 2015 and 2016, Diaz said.
