Brigeda Bank '90, Charity Kenyon '77 Named to Super Lawyers' Top 100
Brigeda Bank '90 and Charity Kenyon '77 have been named among "The Top 100" attorneys in Northern California by Northern California Super Lawyers magazine. The publication evaluates lawyers according to a list of criteria including verdicts, representative clients, experience, honors and awards, pro bono and community work, publications and scholarly work, educational and employment background, and more in preparation for naming its annual list of "super lawyers."
Brigeda Bank is a founding partner at Fox & Bank, a law firm specializing in all aspects of family law and based in Walnut Creek. A senior associate at Friedman, Ross & Hersh in San Francisco from 1995-99 and a staff attorney at the Community Law Center in Oakland from 1991-95, Bank also served as a clerk for the Honorable Justice Cliff Young of the Nevada State Supreme Court. She was selected as one of Super Lawyers' top 100 in 2004 and 2007, and as one of the magazine's top 50 Northern California female attorneys in 2005 and 2006.
Charity Kenyon is a founding partner in Kenyon Yeates, a Sacramento counseling and litigation law firm emphasizing First Amendment, appellate, environmental, and land-use law. She has achieved nationwide recognition for her work on behalf of media including the Sacramento Bee, and has won numerous honors, including the American Inns of Court Professionalism Award for the Ninth Circuit in 2007 and the Sacramento County Bar Association's 2003 Distinguished Attorney award. She is President of the California Academy of Appellate Lawyers.
