Assembly Speaker Rivas Names Emelyn Rodriguez '04 General Counsel

New California Assembly Speaker Robert Rivas (D-Hollister) has named Emelyn Rodriguez ’04 as his general counsel.  

Rodriguez specializes in political law and government ethics law and has taught at UC Davis School of Law. Rodriguez also is the former chair of the Sacramento Ethics Commission.
