Ansel Halliburton '11 Joins Kronenberger Rosenfeld

Ansel Halliburton '11 has joined Kronenberger Rosenfeld, a San Francisco-based Internet, technology, and media law firm. Halliburton focuses his practice on advising startups and entrepreneurs on IP strategy, data privacy and security, export controls, corporate formation and governance, and securities law issues, including negotiating and closing investment rounds, major sales contracts, licensing deals, and partnerships. A programmer since the age of 10, Halliburton has served in engineering roles for mobile and information retrieval startups. Prior to joining Kronenberger Rosenfeld, Halliburton founded Halliburton Legal, a law firm dedicated to serving Silicon Valley technology startups.
