Anand B. Patel '07 has joined Rogers & Hardin, the Atlanta-based firm has announced. Patel is an experienced corporate attorney who has assisted publicly traded and privately held companies, including numerous financial institutions, with a variety of general corporate matters and business transactions including mergers, acquisitions and financings. He will join Rogers & Hardin's corporate practice.
