Alumnus Co-Authors Consumer Law Sourcebook

Albert Y. Balingit '75 co-authored Consumer Law Sourcebook: Small Claims Court Laws & Procedures, a 2005 project by the California Department of Consumer Affairs. The reference handbook was written for use by small claims court judges and temporary judges, court commissioners, superior court judges who handle small claims court appeals, small claims advisers, court clerks, and others who counsel and assist disputants.

Balingit is staff counsel in the Legal Services Unit of the Department of Consumer Affairs.
