Alumna Named Rising Star by Law & Politics
Casandra C. Furey '99 was named a Southern California Rising Star in Law & Politics magazine. She was selected from nominations submitted by current Super Lawyers and represents the top 2.5 percent of up-and-coming attorneys in the state. Furey is a senior associate at the international law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P., where she focuses on intellectual property litigation and trademark enforcement. Over the past four years, she has litigated trademark infringement and dilution, trade secret, copyright, unfair competition, false advertising, and right of publicity actions in federal district courts throughout the United States.
