Alum Kenyon's Slow Food Lifestyle Profiled in Sacramento Bee

Charity Kenyon '77 and her spouse Mike Eaton were profiled in a Sacramento Bee article regarding the Slow Food movement. Founded by Carlo Petrini, Slow Food is an international organization emphasizing the preservation of culinary culture and environmental awareness. Seven years ago, Kenyon and Eaton moved to the small town of Galt, California so they would have more space to grow their own produce. They have enthusiastically embraced the slow food lifestyle, raising chickens, eating seasonally, and spending hours tending to their expansive garden.
