Alum and VP of J.D. Power and Associates Bowls in U.S. Championship
Christopher Denove '95 participated in the United States Bowling Congress Championship in Texas on April 7 and 8, 2006. Denove went through college in the early 1980s teaching others to play the game. He has remained devoted to bowling as he has risen in the corporate marketing world. He is vice president and executive director of J.D. Power and Associates' Voice of the Customer division.
Denove has practiced consumer law in California and served as an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University before joining J.D. Power and Associates 10 years ago. Since then, he has helped found the firm's Internet and retailing divisions. He also co-authored Satisfaction: How Every Great Company Listens to the Voice of the Customer (2006).
While in Texas for the tournament, Denove waived his $20,000 speaker's fee to give a presentation at the Del Mar College Center for Economic Development, where he explained the keys to customer satisfaction.
