Agbayani '81 Appointed to San Joaquin County Superior Court
Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger announced the appointment of Antonino J. Agbayani '81 to a judgeship in the San Joaquin County Superior Court on October 3, 2007.
Agbayani, 51, of Manteca, has served as a commissioner for the San Joaquin County Superior Court since 2006. He previously served as a trial attorney with the Agbayani Law Office, also known as Agbayani & Parker, from 1992 to 2006. Prior to that, Agbayani served as a deputy district attorney for the San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office from 1983 to 1992. He fills one of the new positions created by Senate Bill 56.
