At AALS Conference, Dean Johnson Addresses Post-Jan. 6 State of Union

On May 4, Dean Kevin R. Johnson took part in the virtual, nonpartisan Association of American Law Schools’ Conference on Defending Democracy.

Johnson presented on the panel “Beyond Imagination? The State of the Union Three Years After January 6.”

Kevin R. Johnson is the law school’s dean, Mabie-Apallas Professor of Public Interest Law and professor of Chicana/o studies at UC Davis. He is an internationally recognized scholar in the fields of immigration law and policy, refugee law, and civil rights.
