One of my favorite quotes is, "We can disagree but still love each other," and based on my personal experience on the prerequisite to love each other, to know each other and have a better understanding of each other. And here at King Hall I would say that
you can not only be friends with americans here but also be friends with foreigners as well.
Because my job was kind of busy, so i don't have much time to do research for the area for the subjects I'm really interested in
such as privacy issues and data protection, but during this academic year at King Hall, I selected comparative telecommunication law. It offered me a great chance to get to know the things related to those two subjects. Also due to the geographic advantage of King Hall, you might get to know many experts in their area as a prospective student who may share the same experience.
It's perfectly fair to feel like a bit anxious at the very beginning because it's a totally different thing. Don't forget to be gentle to yourself.
