Professor Joslin Speaks on Panel at Case Western Reserve University Event

On March 27, Professor Courtney Joslin participated in a panel as part of the Case Western Reserve University School of Law conference “The ReproCussions of Barriers to Care: Youth Access and the Fight for Bodily Autonomy,” 

The conference explored the legal and structural barriers facing young people as they attempt to access essential reproductive and gender-affirming health care.

Professor Joslin is a leading scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples. She is a two-time Dukeminier Award recipient and the 2023 recipient of UC Davis Law’s Distinguished Teaching Award.
