The students of the UC Davis Immigration and Nationality Law Review hosted Professor César Cuauhtémoc García Hernández to speak on his new book Welcome the Wretched: In Defense of the "Criminal Alien" (2024). After he gave a powerful keynote, our own Professors Raquel Aldana, Jack Chin, Holly Cooper, and Eric Fish offered thoughts and comments on the book. 

I had the honor of welcoming the group snd sharing some views about the book. It's enlightening, accessible, and well worth reading.
