CELPC Presents Scott Miltenberger for Water Law Talk

This week, the California Environmental Law and Policy Center presented historian Scott Miltenberger to discuss the role of historians in water justice investigations and litigation. Professor Karrigan Börk introduced Dr. Miltenberger, who offered some water law history in a thoughtful way. He made clear the importance of sound historical analysis in water investigations and litigation. 

Professor Rick Frank also was in attendance. David Sandino, who will join the clinical faculty on July 1, also was in attendance.
