This week, the California Environmental Law and Policy Center hosted Dr. Sarah Yarnell of the UC Davis Center for Watershed Studies to talk about building river resilience. Professor Karrigan Börk introduced Dr. Yarnell. She teaches a rivers of California class and a rafting class.
