Bio

Mr. Bogoshian currently serves as the Founding Executive Director of the American Manufacturing Communities Collaborative, the Managing Director of the Fourth Sector Group (4SG) in California, and the Regional Director of the Earth Day Network’s Earth Day 2020 Campaign. He previously served as a Deputy District Attorney for Yolo County, were he created and led the California Statewide Cannabis Enforcement Task Force. He served as the Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel at REV, providing advice and outreach to influence public policy toward accelerating applied sustainability at all levels. Bogoshian served as Senior Policy Counsel at the US EPA Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention where he provided advice, analysis and leadership on pollution prevention and sustainability programs and policy initiatives. He also served as Deputy Assistant Administrator with the US EPA Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance, Deputy Secretary for Law Enforcement and Counsel with the California Environmental Protection Agency, and Deputy District Attorney and Lead Environmental Prosecutor with the Monterey County California District Attorney’s Office. He has previously taught as an Adjunct Law Professor in Environmental Law at the Georgetown University Law Center. Bogoshian received his B.A. in Sociology (Social Change) from San Jose State University in 1983, his Masters of Public Administration from San Diego State University in 1986, and his J.D. from the UC Davis School of Law in 1988. He is also a board member of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis.
