Our 1L Diversity Fellowship helps us build a Firm with the people that will support our future success and continue to build on our strengths. All Fellows take part in our 10-week summer associate program and successful Fellows are also invited to return for their 2L summer.

What you can expect
- Participate in our ten-week Summer Program in any of our eight US offices, including our training sessions, the Launch Your Career Program, ongoing mentorship opportunities, networking with our lawyers and attendance at social events
- Gain valuable insight into what we do and what it means to practice law by working with and observing our lawyers
- Successful fellows will be invited to return to the Firm the following year for the Summer Associate Program

As a White & Case 1L Diversity Fellowship recipient, you will participate in all aspects of our ten-week Summer Program in Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Silicon Valley or Washington, DC, including our Launch Your Career Program in New York. Fellows will also partake in our training sessions, ongoing mentorship opportunities, networking with our lawyers and social events. You will also gain valuable insight into what we do and what it means to practice law simply by working with and observing our lawyers. We know that timely and meaningful feedback is important to your professional growth, and you will receive feedback regarding your work over the course of the summer. A successful fellow will be invited to return to the Firm for the following summer. Our Diversity Fellowship salary is $4,330 per week.
NOTE:
