Eligibility

Troutman Pepper seeks to hire first year law students who are interested in joining us for our 2024 Summer Associate Program. We provide our summer associates a well-rounded view of our firm culture and help them learn how to bridge the gap between academia and practice. Summer associates work on substantive projects for current clients and build relationships with attorneys and other summer associates through a diverse mix of social events, trainings, and in-house work opportunities where available.

We are accepting applications from first-year law students in our following offices: Atlanta, Charlotte, Detroit, Los Angeles, Orange County, Philadelphia, Richmond, and San Diego.

Summer Associates will be invited to in any/all LCLD activities throughout the summer and depending on their city of interest, may have the opportunity to partner with one of our clients.

Please submit a resume, cover letter, writing sample, transcript, and personal statement, no more than 500 words, using the following prompt: Troutman Pepper strives to foster a diverse, high performance, inclusive, and collaborative environment. Award
Students will be paid $4,135/week and have access to the same projects, trainings and opportunities presented to our 2Ls.
