Yolo County supervisors honor the late Professor Feeney
The Yolo County Board of Supervisors adjourned its meeting in honor of the late Professor Floyd Feeney on Jan. 15, 2019. Supervisor Jim Provenza '80 spoke about Professor Feeney's many career distinctions and gift for teaching. Provenza took Professor Feeney's criminal law class in 1978 and his seminar on criminal justice in 1980.
During his adjournment remarks Provenza said of Professor Feeney, "With all of his qualifications and all of his ability and all of his knowledge, he was one of the most humble people I have ever met and one who made the students really feel a part of what was going on and brought us into his research."
