Writing Skills Top Priority for 1LS

During the first year of law school, students need to master critical research and writing skills. To enhance the School's Legal Writing Program, Davis faculty and a consultant and director of the Lawyering Process Program at UNLV will evaluate the program and make recommendations.

Professor Terrill Pollman is the Ralph Denton Professor of Law and Director of the Lawyering Process Program at UNLV School of Law. She will be on campus January 26-27. In addition to sitting in on Legal Writing classes and talking to the legal writing faculty, she will be available to meet informally with those who wish to share their views on the legal writing program.
