Professor Ashutosh Bhagwat spoke to WIRED for a story headlined “How Facebook Gets the First Amendment Backward.” The story addressed how Mark Zuckerberg has cited the First Amendment in justifying Facebook’s controversial decision to exempt posts and paid advertisements by political candidates from its fact-checking system.
