Washington Post cites Professor Joh's article in story about lie by officer

A Washington Post article about a man who killed himself after a police officer lied about a hit-and-run accident cited Professor Elizabeth Joh ’s 2015 Harvard Law Review Forum “Bait, Mask, and Ruse: Technology and Police Deception.”
