Univision follows up on Immigration Law Clinic report on unreturned bond money

A May 2 Univision story drew from a report by UC Davis and Stanford’s immigration law clinics that reveals the federal government is holding more than $200 million in bond money owed to immigrants.

Under the supervision of Professor Holly S. Cooper ’98, UC Davis Law students Emily Child '20, Suyapa Lainez LL.M. '19, John Mitchell '20 and Karen Pedraza '20 helped author the report.
