UC Davis Offers Assistance to New Orleans Law Students
The effects of Hurricane Katrina on the gulf states is terrible, devastating, and overwhelming. The King Hall community joins the nation in mourning the victims and is working to offer aid to the survivors. As the faculty, staff, students, and alumni respond to the needs of the relief efforts, the UC Davis School of Law has joined a number of other U.S. schools in stepping forward to offer assistance to the victims of Hurricane Katrina by accepting a limited number of New Orleans Law Students into our programs and communities. We are prepared to respond quickly to the needs of these many students. A short application form is available online and our faculty and staff are prepared to move rapidly to ensure New Orleans law students can begin instruction in September.
