UC Davis Law Professors Have Top-ranked Blogs

In a July 2007 ranking of law professor blogs, ImmigrationProfBlog and IntlawGrrls were ranked with other top blog sites based on average daily visits. The top law professor ranking project includes only blogs that have at least one law professor as a regular blogger and excludes blogs that focus entirely on politics or current events.

ImmigrationProfBlog, edited by Davis law professors Kevin Johnson, Bill Ong Hing, and Jennifer Chacón, ranked 22. The site focuses on immigration and provides regularly updated permanent resources and links and daily news and information of interest to law professors in their scholarship and teaching. In addition, the site is included in the U.S. Library of Congress historic collections of Internet materials related to Legal Blogs.

IntLawGrrls, founded by Professor Diane Marie Amann, provides “voices on international law, policy, and practice,” by women academics in international law.
