UC Davis Business Law Journal Launches Spring Edition
The spring edition of the UC Davis Business Law Journal is now online. The edition features five articles, one practitioner's note, eight interviews, and the journal's first book review. Articles by Davis law students include: "Online Undercover Marketing: A Reminder of the FTCs Unique Position to Combat Deceptive Practices," Marla Pleyte '06; and "Managing Global Mobility: Free Trade in Services in the Age of Terror," Ryan Walters '05.
The UC Davis Business Law Journal was the first business law journal in the nation to electronically publish articles written by professionals, academics, and law students using a concise, journalistic style. The journal is run by dedicated law students who are committed to providing current and valuable legal and business analysis.
