Strong Turnout for Professor Sandino's UC Davis Professional Education Class
In February, Professor David Sandino taught his annual one-day UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education class on water law and policy. The class drew an impressive turnout of more than 25 students.
This unique class provides an objective view of the regulatory framework for California water, including surface water rights, groundwater rights, environmental laws affecting water, water organizations, water transfers, and the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta.
David Sandino is the director of UC Davis Law’s Aoki Water Justice Clinic: Small Farmer Assistance Program.
