SSRN Lists Professor Bhagwat's Paper among Most Downloaded
"Free Speech in Unfree Countries," a paper by Professor Ashutosh Bhagwat, recently was listed by the Social Sciences Research Network (SSRN) as one of the most downloaded papers in the Democratization: Building States & Democratic Processes eJournal.
Professor Bhagwat, a tenured member of UC Hastings' faculty for more than a decade who joined King Hall during the summer of 2011, is an innovative, broad-ranging, and widely published constitutional law scholar.
