Senior Associate Dean Afsharipour Speaks on Three Panels at Berkeley Corporate Governance Forum

Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs Afra Afsharipour spoke on three panels at the 2021 Berkeley Forum for Corporate Governance.

The preeminent West Coast gathering of regulators, investors, executives, practitioners and academics, the forum was held Nov. 11-12.

Afsharipour spoke on the panels “M&A Highlights from the Year Nobody Expected” and “What Will Fuel Markets in 2022 and Beyond?” on Nov. 11 and “From the Ivory Tower to the Boardroom” on Nov. 12. 

Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor Afra Afsharipour’s areas of research include comparative corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law.  Her scholarship has appeared in numerous law reviews, including the Columbia Law Review, the Minnesota Law Review, the Vanderbilt Law Review, and the UC Davis Law Review.
