Senior Associate Dean Afsharipour Presents Paper in University of Virginia Event

On Sept. 14, Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs Afra Afsharipour presented the paper “Power and Pay in the C-Suite” (Minnesota Journal of Law & Inequality, 2021) at the University of Virginia’s School of Law’s Critical Perspectives in Business Law seminar.

Afsharipour co-authored the paper with McGill University Faculty of Law Professor Darren Rosenblum.

Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor Afra Afsharipour’s areas of research include comparative corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law.  Her scholarship has appeared in numerous law reviews, including the Columbia Law Review, the Minnesota Law Review, the Vanderbilt Law Review, and the UC Davis Law Review.
