Senior Associate Dean Afsharipour presents paper at two law schools

Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor Afra Afsharipour recently presented her paper “Corporate Purpose, CSR & Corporate Governance: India’s Experiment” at two faculty workshops, Feb. 4 at Chicago-Kent College of Law and Feb. 13 at Loyola Law School.

Her areas of research include comparative corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law.  Her scholarship has appeared in numerous law reviews, including the Columbia Law Review, the Minnesota Law Review, the Vanderbilt Law Review, and the UC Davis Law Review.
