Senior Associate Dean Afsharipour presents forthcoming paper in Utah, Berkeley

On Oct. 3, Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs Afra Afsharipour presented “Enhanced Scrutiny on the Buy-Side,” a paper co-authored with Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster of the Delaware Court of Chancery, at University of Utah’s law school.

She presented the same paper (forthcoming in the Georgia Law Review) on Oct. 10 at the third annual Corporate Law Academic Conference at UC Berkeley School of Law.

Senior Associate Dean Afsharipour’s areas of research include comparative corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law. Her scholarship has appeared in numerous law reviews, including the Columbia Law Review, the Minnesota Law Review, the Vanderbilt Law Review, and the UC Davis Law Review.
