Senior Associate Dean Afsharipour presents at Feminism and Corporate Law roundtable

Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs Afra Afsharipour presented a work in progress, “Women and M&A,” during the Feminism and Corporate Law: Reforming Corporate Governance Roundtable, held virtually July 24.

Afsharipour co-organized the event, which was sponsored by the University of Minnesota Law School’s Law & Inequality journal.

Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor Afra Afsharipour’s areas of research include comparative corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law.  Her scholarship has appeared in numerous law reviews, including the Columbia Law Review, the Minnesota Law Review, the Vanderbilt Law Review, and the UC Davis Law Review.
