Senior Associate Dean Afsharipour participates in University of Richmond workshop

On June 10, Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs Afra Afsharipour and Delaware Court of Chancery Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster discussed Delaware corporate law as part of the University of Richmond’s virtual Corporate and Securities Litigation Workshop series.

Afsharipour and Laster coauthored the 2019 Georgia Law Review article “Enhanced Scrutiny on the Buy-Side.”

Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor Afra Afsharipour’s areas of research include comparative corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law. Her scholarship has appeared in numerous law reviews, including the Columbia Law Review, the Minnesota Law Review, the Vanderbilt Law Review, and the UC Davis Law Review.
