Senior Associate Dean Afsharipour is part of workshop for book she is co-editing

Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs Afra Afsharipour presented and served as a commentator at the Research Handbook on Comparative Corporate Governance Workshop, held in late September at Fordham University School of Law.

The workshop brought together scholars from around the world who are contributing to the book, which Afsharipour is editing with Fordham School of Law Professor Martin Gelter.

Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor Afra Afsharipour’s areas of research include comparative corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law. Her scholarship has appeared in numerous law reviews, including the Columbia Law Review, the Minnesota Law Review, the Vanderbilt Law Review, and the UC Davis Law Review.
