Senior Associate Dean Afsharipour addresses 'Biases, Identity and M&A'

On Nov. 8, Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs Afra Afsharipour addressed “Biases, Identity and M&A” at the “New Realism for Business Law and Economics” conference at the University of Minnesota Law School.

Afsharipour spoke as part of “Participants in Deal-Making and Deal Litigation: Some Complexities” panel.

Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor Afra Afsharipour’s areas of research include comparative corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law. Her scholarship has appeared in numerous law reviews, including the Columbia Law Review, Minnesota Law Review, Vanderbilt Law Review, and the UC Davis Law Review.
