Scholarship by Professors Chandrasekher and Horton Chosen for Presentation at Conference on Empirical Legal Studies

An article co-authored by Professor Andrea Chandrasekher and Professor David Horton has been accepted for presentation at the 2015 Conference on Empirical Legal Studies held on October 30-31, 2015, at Washington University Law School in St. Louis. The article, "After the Revolution: An Empirical Study of Consumer Arbitration" (forthcoming from Georgetown Law Journal) was selected from more than 340 submissions.  In addition, Professor Chandrasekher's article "The Effect of Police Slowdowns on Traffic Accidents and Crime" was also selected for presentation.
