Scholarship by Professor Chandrasekher Selected for Presentation at ALEA Annual Meeting

An article by Professor Andrea Chandrasekher has been selected for presentation at the American Law and Economics Association (ALEA) 2015 Annual Meeting on May 15-16 at Columbia Law School.  The paper, "The Effect of Police Slowdowns on Crime," was chosen by the ALEA Program Committee from more than 400 submissions.

Professor Chandrasekher's educational background includes a JD from Stanford Law School and a PhD in Economics from UC Berkeley. She has taught as a visiting assistant professor at Northwestern School of Law and served as a fellow at Stanford Law School. Her research interests include criminal law, law and economics, quantitative methods, criminal justice public policy analysis, and policing.
