A recent article by Professor Afra Afsharipour has been featured on IndiaCorpLaw, a widely read blog on Indian corporate law. 

The article, "Corporate Governance and the Indian Private Equity Model," first published in the National Law School of India Review, has also been among the most-downloaded items for a number of Social Science Research Network (SSRN) ejournals and Legal Scholarship Network topics, including the Corporate Governance: Governance of Special Types of Firms ejournal, Emerging Markets Economics ejournal, India Law eJournal, Corporate Governance (Emerging Markets Economics) ejournal, Emerging Markets Economics: Firm Behavior & Microeconomic Issues eJournal, and Corporate Governance International (Topic).

Professor Afsharipour's areas of research include comparative corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law.  Her scholarship has appeared in numerous law reviews, including the Columbia Law Review, the Minnesota Law Review, the Vanderbilt Law Review, and the UC Davis Law Review.
