President Joe Biden, on his first day in office on Jan. 20, took several actions related to immigration. Dean Kevin R. Johnson, an immigration law expert, spoke to The Sacramento Bee and Sacramento's Fox40 news about Biden's plans.
Johnson talked to the Bee about Biden’s U.S. Citizenship Act of 2021, which the president sent to Congress. The plan would provide a pathway to citizenship to the 11 million undocumented immigrants living in the United States. Read the story
