Research by Professors Sunder, Chander, and Lee Listed Among Most Cited
Articles by Professors Anupam Chander, Madhavi Sunder, and Peter Lee are listed as being among the most-cited intellectual property law and patent law articles of the past decade in a survey performed by University of San Diego School of Law Professor Ted Sichelman.
According to Sichelman's research, "The Romance of the Public Domain," an article co-authored by Professors Chander and Sunder, was among the 20 most-cited intellectual property articles from 2004-08. Professor Lee's "Patent Law and the Two Cultures" was among the 20 most-cited patent law articles from 2009-13. Sichelman's findings were published on the Written Description blog.
