Research by Professor Shestowsky Featured in Alternatives to the High Cost of Litigation

Empirical research by Professor Donna Shestowsky on how litigants evaluate the features of legal procedures was featured as the cover story for the latest issue of Alternatives to the High Cost of Litigation, the official international publication of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution. Donna Shestowsky, who has both a law degree and a PhD in Psychology, is a Professor at UC Davis School of Law, where she teaches Criminal Law, Negotiation Strategy, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and a seminar in Legal Psychology.  She was the 2007 recipient of the Law School's Distinguished Teaching Award.
