Professors Joslin, Soucek Speak at AALS Mid-Year Meeting
Professor Courtney Joslin and Professor Brian Soucek gave presentations at the Association of American Law Schools (AALS) Midyear Meeting held in Washington, D.C. on June 5-7. Speaking as part of a Workshop on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Issues, Professor Joslin presented her article "Federalism and Family Status" and Professor Soucek presented "Perceived Gender Identity: Seen and Unseen Title VII Protections for Trans Workers."
