Professors Joo and Horton Present at UC Hastings Symposium

Professors Thomas Joo and David Horton made presentations at the Symposium to Honor Professor Chuck Knapp's 50th Year of Law Teaching held at UC Hastings on October 24.

Professor Joo participated in a panel discussion of "The Role of Casebooks in the Future of Contract Law." Professor Horton was part of a panel discussion on "The Future of Unconscionability as a Limit on Contract Enforcement."
