Professors Chander and Sunder Speak at International Intellectual Property Scholars Conference
Professors Anupam Chander and Madhavi Sunder presented papers at the annual congress of the Advancing Teaching and Research in Intellectual Property (ATRIP), which took place in Montpellier, France. ATRIP is the leading international association of intellectual property scholars.
Professor Chander presented a new paper titled "Free Speech," forthcoming in the Iowa Law Review. The paper is coauthored with Uyen Le '11. Professor Sunder presented a new draft paper on trademarks and merchandising rights.
