Professors Bhagwat, Soucek Present at Yale Law School

Professor Ashutosh Bhagwat and Professor Brian Soucek presented papers at the Freedom of Expression Scholars Conference held at Yale Law School of April 30. Professor Bhagwat presented “When Speech is Not ‘Speech.’” Professor Soucek presented “Permitting Art,” the introduction to a forthcoming book about First Amendment cases brought by artists fighting for the right to sell art on New York City sidewalks.
