Professors Bhagwat, Soucek Present at Yale Conference

Professor Ashutosh Bhagwat  and Professor Brian Soucek recently spoke at Yale Law School as part of the fourth annual Freedom of Expression Scholars Conference sponsored by the Floyd Abrams Institute for Freedom of Expression on May 2. The event brought nearly 80 first amendment scholars together to discuss their work. Professor Bhagwat spoke on "On the Regulation of Free Speech."  Professor Soucek presented a work-in-progress entitled "Artistic Exemptions."
