Professor Sunder Speaks on Intellectual Property at UNC-Charlotte

Professor Madhavi Sunder gave a lecture at the UNC-Charlotte Center for Professional and Applied Ethics on December 2. Her talk, "Learning by Doing," addressed the ways in which consumer demand for participatory experiences such as writing "fan fiction" or dressing as favorite fictional characters presents challenges for intellectual property law.

Madhavi Sunder is a Professor of Law at King Hall whose special interests included intellectual property, law and culture studies, women's rights, and international intellectual property.
