Professor Sunder Presents at UC Berkeley School of Law

Professor Madhavi Sunder presented her paper, "The Law of Look and Feel," co-authored with Professor Peter Lee, at the Bay Area Intellectual Property Scholars Works-in-Progress meeting at the UC Berkeley School of Law on Friday, May 29. The paper considers the increasingly robust protection of the "look and feel" under intellectual property law, from the "feel" of Marvin Gaye's funk music to the look of the iPhone.

Madhavi Sunder is a Professor of Law at King Hall whose special interests included intellectual property, law and culture studies, women's rights, and international intellectual property.
